Aviva Energy Corp shall act as your exclusive energy procurement consultant for all natural gas and/or electricity meters (chosen above) at all of your facilities within PG&E, SoCal Edison Co., Southern California Gas Co. and/or San Diego Gas and Electric territories.

Aviva will be paid a monthly fee of $2.50 for each natural gas meter and/or $5.00 for each electricity meter. Consulting services shall begin this month but not be billed until a new or revised energy supply contract is effective at any of your facilities.
